Structural and architectural BIM modeling of a technical high school in Benin, featuring a reinforced-concrete R+1 building over a total area of 654.28 m², with a steel-frame roof covering 213.2 m². The project includes the structural and architectural execution drawings, coordination of elements in 3D, and export to various formats for software interoperability.

Construction project of a municipal vehicle fleet facility located in Bir L-Kassaa, Ben Arous, comprising an R+1 reinforced-concrete administrative building with a floor area of 386 m², as well as a steel storage area for logistics and maintenance activities, measuring 30 m x 22.2 m. The project covered BIM modeling, structural design, and the development of technical assembly and construction details.

BIM modeling of the plumbing and sanitary drainage networks of a residential villa, including cold and hot water supply plans, drainage networks, sanitary technical details, and coordination of the installations in 3D views and execution drawings.

Design and BIM modeling of a steel roof for a swimming pool, including the study of the load-bearing structure, bracing, bolted connections, and execution details. The project covers the production of technical views, 3D modeling, and optimization of the steel connections to ensure stability, strength, and ease of assembly.
